Step-1: Go to members
Click on member under the user management panel.
Step-2: Assign
You will see all server members from user management panel there you need to select a new mod for your server if there are more than 1000 member then you can use that search bar which will allow you to find members.
Step-3 : After finding the member you can click on the three-dot icon then choose roles.after that choose recently created mod role or minister role.
Then the member will have special permission who can moderate the server.
